Bill, remarried to Dorothy Graeff, continued to reside in Newtown. Two daughters followed.
He became a driver for area oil and coal companies and sometime around 1930, he married Mary Krupa at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
Bill and Mary had two boys, Frederick "Rick" Allar and Thomas Dwight "Tom" Allar. Bill worked for the Traffic Oil Company and then the Socony Vacuum Oil Company before passing away 29 Sep 1956.
He is buried in St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Cemetery on Llewelyn Road, Minersville, Row N, Lot #264 with Thomas and Francis Krupa, the twin brothers of his wife, Mary. Thomas and Frank died of the flu in infancy.
They are all buried near the parents of the twins, John and Rose Krupa, who are buried with ther daughter, Theresa Krupa Gauntlett, in Row M, Lot #257.
