Jessie was born April 30, 1918 in Franklin County, IN to Earl and Elva (Throckmorton) Noah.
She married Clarence "Jack" Adams Nov. 28, 1936 and he preceded her in death March 11, 1991. On December 16, 1994, she married Richard Earl Pepper and he preceded her in death November 11, 1997.
She was a factory worker and during the 1960s she was employed by Sperry-Rubber in Brookville, 1970s at Philco-Ford in Connersville,and H&H Cartridge in Greensburg 1978 thru 1980s. Jessie was a member of the Buena Vista Christian Church as well as a member of the Clarksburg and Buena Vista communities most of her life.
Jessie leaves behind one son, Kenneth Adams of Rushville, one daughter, Mrs. Duane (Linda) Anderson of Portage, IN and six brothers, James Noah of Royal Oaks, Mich. and John and Doug Noah of Florida, Everett Noah of Connersville, Donald Noah of Buena Vista, and Larry Noah of Clarksburg, IN. She is also survived by three sisters, Maxine Grubbs and Julia Hamilton, and Faye Poe , all of Connersville, IN. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Mrs. John(Terry Lynn) Bockover, Timothy Leroy Peters, and Roy Anthony Peters. She also has several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Jessie was preceded in death by four brothers, one sister, and one granddaughter.
A funeral Service will be held 2 PM Thursday- March 10 at Buena Vista Christian Church, with Rev. John Johnson officiating.
Visitation will be held 1 PM Thursday at Buena Vista Christian Church.
Burial will be at Stipps Hill Cemetery, following services.
Arrangements are being handled by Moster Mortuary.
Memorials: Memorial contributions may be made to the Gideon's thru the mortuary.
