Hochstetler

LAGRANGE-Christian D. Hochstetler, 87, died Friday in the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Hochstetler, near Middlebury. In recent years he had made his home with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lehman, west of LaGrange. The body was removed to the Carney Funeral Home in LaGrange. Services were conducted today in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lehman. Burial was in Miller Cemetery. Mr. Hochstetler had lived in LaGrange County all his life. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Albert Lehman, of west of LaGrange, Mrs. Joe Lambright, of near Topeka, Mrs. Eli J. Miller, of Sugar Creek, O., and Mrs. Amos Yoder, of near Middlebury; six sons, Manass, John and Joni, all of near Middlebury, Neal, of near Millersburg, Christ, of near LaGrange, and Harry of near Wolcottville; 82 grandchildren; 82 great-grandchildren; one brother, Neal, of near LaGrange; and two sisters, Mrs. Aaron Yoder, Dover, Del., and Mrs. Menno Bontrager, Midford, Wis.
