Kaye Adams passed away on February 27th, 2011.

He was born on February 23, 1924 in Bellingham, to proud parents Pete and Vera. Growing up Kaye had two sisters.

Kaye went to Bellingham High School and at 17 he joined the Navy where he served for 5 years. Upon completing his service Kaye joined the City of Bellingham where he worked for over 30 years as an equipment operator and supervisor.

During that time Kaye met his soul mate, Katherine Pauline, in Bellingham, WA. They were married in Oceanview, WA on November 23, 1946. The happy couple raised three children in Bellingham.

After retiring Kaye loved to hop into their fifth wheel with his love, Katherine, and head out to sunny spots to indulge himself in his love of hunting and fishing at his favorite spot in Conconully. He loved to dance with Katherine and enjoy his favorite team, the Huskies.

Kaye was a member of the VFW 1585, the Yacht Club, and the Elks.

Graveside service will be held at Greenacres, Friday March 4th, 2011, at 2:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Whatcom Hospice. The Family would like to thank the Courtyard for taking excellent care of their father, Kaye.
