Services for Morris P. Cooper, 80, of Lufkin, were held Thursday, January 5, 1989 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
Mr. Cooper was born March 17, 1908 in Houston and died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 1989. He had lived in Lufkin the past 18 years and was a retired operator for Ashland Oil Co. He was a member of Denman Avenue Baptist Church and the Fellowship Sunday School class.
