Funeral services for Mrs Marcella E Miles, 1143 W Branning Ave, who died at 3:30 am Thursday at the Lutheran Hospital, will be held at 8:30 am Saturday at Mungovan & Sons Mortuary and at 9 am in St John the Baptist Catholic Church. The Rt Rev Msgr Charles J Feltes will officiate and burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery. She was a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, a member of St John the Baptist Church and a charter member of the Rosary Society of the church. She was a member of the Legion of Mary and the Women's Benefit Association and a past secretary of the Ladies of the Elks. Surviving are the husband, Joseph C; a daughter, Mrs Joan Marquart, Fort Wayne; a son, Robert E, a student at the University of Notre Dame; a sister, Mrs Esther Walker, Fort Wayne; a brother August Axt, Chicago, and two grandchildren.
