Robert Z. Gibbeny, 75, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, at his home in Pleasant Lake. He was born in Steuben County to John and Arlene Zabst Gibbeny. Surviving are his wife, Alberta; one son, John, Fremont; two daughters, Sharon Brown, Angola and Linda Blakesley, Auburn, one brother, Frederick, Angola; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was a member of the Angola Moose and Northeastern Lodge 210, F&AM, Fremont.
Services were held at the Klink Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Miller officiating. Burial was at the South Scott Cemetery.
