Tazewell, Tenn. --- Mrs. Paul (Chelcie) Rayburn, 76, a former Monroe resident for 41 years, died Wednesday in Claiborne County Hospital, where she had been for six weeks. She had been ill a long time.
Friends may call in the Coffey Funeral Home, where services will be at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Sam Coffey will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Born May 23, 1902, in Tazewell, she was the daughter of Gilbert and Bertha (Eldridge) Mabe.
Survivors include her husband; a brother, the Rev. Jim Mabe of Tazewell; three sisters, Mrs. Maude Marlow and Mrs. Bertha Marlow, both of Monroe, and Mrs. Nell Nickins of Tazewell, and several nieces and nephews.
