SOUTH HAVEN, Oct. 11—Caius M. Wood, 79, of Casco, died Sunday morning in the Odd Fellows home, Jackson.
Mr. Wood had lived on a farm in Casco township from 1912 until he entered the home in Jackson some time ago.
His wife, Marie, died in 1936. He was born in Belle Plaine, Kans., Oct. 8, 1875.
Survivors include five sons. M. J. Wood, Lacota; Harley, Robert and Willard, all of route 4, South Haven, and Kenneth, of Texas. There are 15 grandchildren; one brother, Lucius, and a sister, Mrs. Phoebe McCellecher both of Belle Plaine.
He was a longtime member of East Casco, Odd Fellow lodge No. 508.
Funeral services will be held at. 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Everson Funeral home in South Haven. The Rev. Duane Pifer pastor of the Lacota Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in Chambers cemetery.
