BETTY J. BASH

Betty J. Bash, age 65 of Manchester, died May 27, 2004. She was born March 26, 1939 in Detroit, the daughter of Edward J. and Gladys (Powers) Ross. She is survived by her son, Larry E (Erika) Bash; granddaughter Allison Nicole Bash of Manchester; former husband Larry E. Bash of Curtis; siblings Nancy (James) Yungkans of Buckeye, Ariz., Tom (Jody) Ross of Manchester, Carol (Ron) Howdyshell of Novi and a sister-in-law, Roberta Ross of Manchester. She is preceded in death by a daughter Loretta, brother Raymond Ross and sisters Sally and Mildred Ross.

A funeral mass was held June 1, 2004 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Timothy Krzyzaniak officiating. Burial is in Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements were handled by the Borek-Jennings Funeral Home, Jenter Chapel in Manchester.
