Hiram O Klock was the son of George F Klock 1833 and Ellen J Rogers.

His parents lived in Napoli, Cattaraugus County, New York. He was one of 10 or 12 children.

He married Ada Ellen about 1883 (by the 1900 census). The couple lived in Little Valley and Napoli, Cattaraugus County. The couple did not have any children.

His wife Ada Ellen is also buried in this cemetery.

Man Found Dead in Field

Napoli -- July 10, Hiram Klock of this place was found dead with a broken neck hanging from the handles of his plow in a field which he had been plowing Monday afternoon. Mrs. Klock had gone out to call her husband to dinner and found him dead. The horses hitched to the plow were standing quietly. Coroner Dr. Bourne of Salamanca gave a certificate of accidental death. No theory as to the cause of Mr. Klock's death has been formed. He had been dead about an hour when found.

The deceased was 60 years old and is survived by his wife, Ellen; two brothers, Fred Klock of Randolph and George Klock of Tilcounty; (?) four sisters. Mrs. May Wallace and Mrs. George Jones of Randolph, Mrs. Henry Hall of Jamestown, and Mrs. Hugh Crawford.

The funeral was held from the family home this afternoon.
