FLORY, Aaron Jude, 22, of Botetourt County, died early Saturday morning, May 18, 2002. He was a United States Air Force officer, stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Aaron is survived by his father, Raymond Vernon Flory of Roanoke; his mother, Gayvonne Claire Rieth Flory of Fincastle; two sisters, Tonya Rae Stark of Memphis, Tenn., Renee Michelle Flory of Roanoke; a brother, Adam Joel Gabriel Flory of Roanoke; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Calvin Flory of Henderson, Nev.; grandmother, Mrs. Audrey Melancon Rieth of New Orleans, La. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Chester Martin Rieth of New Orleans, La. Aaron was a 1997 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School, he was on the Lord Botetourt Soccer Varsity Team and played for The Roanoke Star, and finished United States Air Force Basic Training in 1999. Interment with full military honors will be in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens.
