Rozella was born Oct. 27, 1907, the daughter of Charles and Josephine (nee Huber) Moran. Rozella was a school teacher in Waukesha for more than 44 years. After her retirement she returned to Lodi.
She is survived by two brothers, Horace (Gladys) Moran of Sussex and Walter "Coogan" (Eleanor) Moran of Platteville. She is further survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Moran.
