Private Douglass served with Company F, 193rd Infantry Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, from 19 Jul 1864 to 9 November 1864. A few days after mustering into service, the regiment left for Baltimore, Maryland and was there assigned to Nagle’s brigade.
