CARL E. WEST
LAPORTE, Ind. --Funeral service
for Carl E. West, 20,R. R.
5, LaPorte, who died Saturday in
a car-train accident at Lakeside,
Mich. will be at 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday at the Haverstock
Funeral Home. Rev. Paul F. Donoghue
will officiate and burial will be
in Springville Cemetery. Friends
may call at the funeral home.
Mr. West was born Aug. 20, 1944,
in Crittenden County, Ark., and
lived in New Buffalo before coming
here. On July 10, 1962, he was
married at Springville to Gracie
Ann McGee, who survives. Also sur-
iving are two sons, Jeffrey Allen
and Craig Steven, at home; his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carley West,
Lakeside; six sisters, Joyce Pierce,
Janette Otte, Betty, Patsy and Tammy
West, and four brothers, Larry, Donald,
Terry and Rickey, all of Lakeside, and
grandmother, Mrs. Lee Johnson, LaPorte.
Mr. West was a member of the MNarine
Corps Reserve.
