Gertrude died after suffering from pnuemonia & pleurectstenosis & is buried next to her parents and in front of her brother and sister-in-law in the North Platte City Cemetery. For 83 years her resting place remained unmarked. Her 2 nieces & nephew corrected that tragic omission in 2006.
Gertrude and her brother Arthur, Jr. were the only children of Arthur, Sr. and Marion.
