MICHAEL JAMES ROSENTHAL, age 43 of Waseca, died Sunday, February 27, 2011 in Waseca.

Born on February 12, 1968 in Waseca, Minnesota, he was the son of Darryl and Carol (Biermann) Rosenthal. He graduated from Waseca High School in 1986. After completing his service in the National Guard he returned to Waseca and began working at Brown Printing Company. He married Paula Brown on August 14, 1993 and they were later divorced. He worked twenty four years at Brown Printing as a trim operator in the bindery. On August 25, 2006 Michael married Mary Erickson. He enjoyed collecting coins and die cast cars, working on automobiles, reading and learning about history. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca.

He is survived by his wife Mary of Waseca; three children, Christopher, Colton, and Connor all of Waseca; one step-daughter, Kimberly Haala of Waseca; parents, Darryl and Carol Rosenthal of Waseca; one brother, Gregg (Annette) Rosenthal of Waseca; one sister, Kate (Justan) Rose of Zumbrota. He was preceded in death by one infant son, Ira James Rosenthal.
