Funeral services for Bruce Palmer Fleming, 73, of 750 E. California St., Jacksonville, who died Wednesday, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Conger-Morris Chapel. Committal will be in the Jacksonville Cemetery.

Mr. Fleming was born August 15, 1896, at Dexter, Iowa, and had lived in Southern Oregon for 54 years. He was a retired farmer, and was a veteran of World War I service in the navy. He was married April 15, 1963, in Medford, to Josephine Bick, who survives him.

Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Belle Gillings and Mrs. Ruth Winter; and two brothers, Henry Fleming, Kelowna, B.C. and Harley Fleming, Eagle Point.Medford Mail Tribune, Thursday, 22 May 1969 pg. 11A
