She was born June 20, 1915, in Hillsboro to Corbin and Clara Anderson Sullivan, who preceded her in death. On June 21, 1933, she married Roy P. Hiltner, who died Nov. 17, 1987.
Mrs. Hiltner was a homemaker. She was a member of North Creek United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women.
Survivors include two sons, Charley Bill (Janet) Hiltner and David L. (Donna) Hiltner, both of Continental; a daughter, Barbara (Rex) Shalter, of Miller City; a sister, Jeanie Plummer, of Ottawa; eight grandchildren, Jeff Hiltner, Tammy Herman, Bill Hiltner, Amy Miller, Jim Hiltner, Matt Hiltner, Stacy Ruck and Erica Verhoff; two stepgrandchildren, Craig Shisler and Robin Slattman; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and her special friend and caregiver, Sister Marcille Liebrecht, of North Creek.
She was preceded in death by a son, John W. Hiltner; a daughter-in-law, Shelva Hiltner; a grandson, John N. Hiltner; a brother, David "Mose" Sullivan; a sister, Helen Daeger; a sister-in-law, Eloise Sullivan; and a brother-in-law, Bill Plummer.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Continental. The Rev. Terry Porter will officiate. Burial will be in Monroe Cemetery, Continental.
