Lonaconing-Jan. 5-Mrs. Agnes Foote 62, wife of John Foote Sr. of Dan's Mountain near here, died this morning in Miner's Hospital Frostburg, where she underwent an operation Thursday, She was a daughter of the late John Gwynn of Lonaconing.
Surviving besides her husband are her mother Mrs. Mary Bert of Pleasant City, Ohio, two sons George and John Foote of Lonaconing, two daughters Mrs. Arthur Bond, Frostburg and Mrs. Raymond Metz, Lonaconing, a brother John Gwynn, Baltimore a half brother James Bert of Canton, Ohio and two sisters, Mrs. Andrew Bailey and Mrs. Clarence Bower both of Pleasant City.
Mrs. Foote was a member of the Methodist Church here. the body is at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Metz, Charlestown Street, no arrangements have been made.

Foote Rites
Lonaconing- Jan. 7-Funeral Services will be held tomorrow at 2:30 P.M. for Mrs. Agnes Gwynn Foote, 62 wife of John Foote, Dan's Mountain near here, who died Saturday morning in Miner's Hospital Frostburg. The Rev. John Edward Stacks pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Allegany Cemetery, Frostburg. he h/o John James Foote Sr.
