NAMPA (Special) — Daniel Luther Countryman, 80, died Friday in a Nampa hospital. He had been ill for several months.
Mr. Countryman was born Nov. 12, 1871, in Jackson, Mich. He moved to Kansas when he was nine and came to Nampa in 1920.
He was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving are two sons, Merton Countryman, Centralia, Wash., and Lloyd A. Countryman, Gerber, Cal.; two brothers, Baker A. Countryman, St. George, Utah, and Thomas F. Countryman, Spokane; two sisters, Mrs. Liza Snyder, Nampa, and Mrs. Hattie Lindberg, Keene, Texas, and two grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. A daughter, Cleora, died in infancy. Services are being arranged by the Alsip chapel.
