Funeral services for Mrs. Ora D. (Demming) Edwards, 82, Spokane, Wash., who died Thursday at Spokane will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel in Nampa by the Rev. Clare E. Olney, pastor of the Nampa First Congregational Church. Interment will be at the Kohlerlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Edwards was born Oct. 17, 1891 at Eureka, Utah. She was reared in Silver City and Delamar. She worked for Mountain Bell Telephone Co. as a telephone operator in Nampa and Boise until she retired in 1956. She had lived in Spokane, Wash. for the past four years. She was a member of the Mountain Bell Telephone Pioneers.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Felix (Judith) Urbush, Nampa, Mrs. James (Jessie) Kinkade, Spokane, Wash.; six grandchildren and several nieces. She was preceded in death by two children, two brothers and two sisters.
