My Uncle Howard, son of Winnie and George Moore of Knox, Indiana.
An ever-smiling uncle, married to my Mom's only sister, Aunt Thelma. He and Aunt Thelma were married on his birthday in 1940.
Loving father of 6, and beloved grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle. He farmed for many years, but formerly was a plumber.
He was so tall, and so limber and such a great dancer. He was lots of fun. He could do the Limbo, rock and roll, swing dance and country dance....you name it! He and my aunt danced on the weekends up until they were in their late 70's.
I never once heard a harsh word come out of his mouth. I can hear his laugh yet, ringing in my ears.
We miss him.
