Bobby Gene Bost, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast, Concord, after several years of declining health.
The son of W.R. and Ethel Bost, he was born Oct. 5, 1937, in Rowan County. He graduated from Rockwell High School in 1956. He worked in heating and air conditioning most of his life.
Surviving him are brothers John Bost of Salisbury and Jim Bost of Kannapolis; and sister Edith Bost of Richmond Va.
Service: A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Gold Hill Wesleyan Church in Gold Hill with the Rev. Harold Bumby, minister, officiating.
