She was a homemaker & lived most of her adult life on a farm near Duster, Texas near the Leon River not far from the Oliver Springs schoolhouse & cemetery. She married George Dewey Lindley July 18, 1920. They had no children. Pearl was lovingly referred to by family as "Sister." She is remembered as enjoying the canning of fruits & vegetables. She succumbed after a lengthy battle with cancer.
