Odell Scott, 81, retired from the Tennessee Highway Department, died Friday at the Decatur County General Hospital in Parsons, Tennessee.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Cedar Grove Pentecostal Church with burial in Sardis Cemetery. Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington has charge.
He leaves two daughters, Glenda Scott Simmons of Sardis and Brenda Scott Flynn of Scotts Hill; two sons, Bobby Dale Scott and James Dewain Scott, both of Sardis; a brother, Huley Scott of Grand Rapids, Mich.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, McNeva Hanna Scott.
