Mrs M B Postlethwaite and Mrs E L Bailey were called to Roanoke yesterday by the intelligence of the critical illness of their niece, Varina Bogle, the 9-year-old daughter of Dr and Mrs J H Bogle. The little girl died before they reached there, her death having occurred at 5 o'clock. Dr Bogle formerly resided at Rocky Gap, where he married a niece of Hon J D Honaker, and he and his wife have numerous relatives in this section who will deeply sympathize with them in their affliction.
