She attended Lowndes County Training School and was a member of Snowhill Christian Church, Mount Willing, Alabama.
During her early adult years she moved to Birmingham, Alabama; where she united with her husband Mr. Willie Mason of Birmingham, Alabama. She later joined jeffries Memorial Christian Church under the pastorate of Reverend Thomas Murray.
To this union they welcomed Charlie Rudolph and Grandson; Marquise Turner.
Clara passed away on to a new life On Monday, April 12, 1993.
She leaves to cherish her memory to a Supported husband, Mr. Willie Mason of Birmingham, Alabama; one son, Charlie Rudolph of Montgomery, Alabama; one grandson, Marquise Turner; four sisters, Mrs. Otheller Timmons of Hayneville, Alabama, Mrs. Rosie Lee Hines, Mrs. Ora B. Hines both of Detroit, Michigan and Mrs. Lucille Brown of Birmingham, ALabama and a host of other relatives and friends.
