Philip R. Uloth, 75, known to all his many friends as Ralph, passed away early Thursday morning, Feb. 24, 2011, in the Goodall-Witcher Hospital in Clifton. Funeral services will be held at 10:0 A.M. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, in the Walnut Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Sharp, Rev. Richard Trotter and Mr. Notch Timmerman officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Walnut Springs with the Walnut Springs Masonic Lodge in charge of Masonic graveside rites. There will be no formal visitaion.

Ralph was born in Stephenville, Texas, to Phillip George Uloth and Alice Geraldine Davis Uloth. He married Martha Heartsill on Dec. 25, 1954, in Weatherford, Texas. Ralph worked for Lone Star Gas Company as a serviceman for over 20 years and later owned and operated his own drilling company. He was a member of the Walnut Springs Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Uloth, of Walnut Springs; sons, Ray Uloth and wife, Lesley, of Walnut Springs, and Mark Uloth and wife, Sandra, of Walnut Springs; daughter, Lori Brannon and husband, Richard, of Glen Rose; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; mother, Geraldine Uloth, of Walnut Springs; brother, John Uloth and wife, Kay, of Walnut Springs; sister, Gayelyn Hickman, of Meridian; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends
