Helen Adel Dewell, 85, died in a care home in Carmichael. She was born in 1910 in Montana.
Mrs. Dewell lived in Sacramento for the past 20 years and in El Dorado county 26 years prior to moving.
She was a member of the Archery Club.
Mrs. Dewell is survived by her son, Thomas Dewell of Nevada; daughter Bunny Thockmorton and Carley Pettis both of Sacramento; sister, Carrie Vogelslang: and 14 grandchildren.
Services wil be held at 11 a. m. Saturday Jan. 6 at Oak Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home.
