The son of John Adams and Ruth Roberts, he was a farmer, according to his death certificate, informant was his wife.

MADISON
George Adams, 75 years old, died at his home north of Madison Friday evening after an illness of a few days. He is survived by a widow and seven children: Mrs. Ott Smiley, Mrs. Roy Forsythe and Doyle Adams, all of Moberly; Mrs. Elmer Turpett, Mrs. Will Powell, Mrs. Tom Carroll and James Adams of near Madison. The Rev. J.W. Kimbrell conducted the funeral services Sunday afternoon and interment was made in the Madison cemetery.
