Son of William & Emeline (Parkhurst)

Daniel Edward Chaddock was born in Rochester, N. Y. on January 15, 1832. He was married first to Miss Betsy Baker. To this union three children were born, a girl who died in infancy, Charles Eugene, and Walter Victor. Mr. Chaddock came to Michigan after the war and to this part of Michigan about thirty four years ago. He was married, in Michigan to Miss Annie Morrison of Boyne City. To them four children were born; Edward L., John W., Jennie May and Elmer R. Mr. Chaddock passed away at his home north of Bangor on October 26th, 1918, aged 80 years, nine months, and eleven days. Mr. Chaddock leaves a brother, A. P. Chaddock of Dave City, Florida, besides the other relatives mentioned to mourn his loss. After services at the home conducted by Rev. L. G. Kent, the burial was made at the Chambers Cemetery.
