Andrew L. Sykora, Sr. of Waco, a retired bus driver for Waco Transit System, died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was 79.
Graveside services will be at China Spring Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. today (Nov. 13, 1980), Minister H.J. Starnes officiating.
Mr. Sykora was born in West and attended Ross schools. He moved to Waco in 1936 and retired in 1965.
Survivors include two daughters, Irene Afinowicz of McGregor and Evelyn Dillon of Waco; sister, Mary Maca of Kingsville; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
