Wife, Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma Cynthia was born on December 4, 1946 to Charles and Billie Goatcher in Sacramento, CA. She loved life and was loved in life. She married Patrick Meaders on July 30, 1988. She loved to stop and smell the roses and couldn't wait to see her husband again so it seems only fitting that she passed away on the day known for flowers and love.
Cynthia was preceded in death by both her parents and her husband Patrick. She is survived by her sisters, Glynis Goatcher, and Robyn Moore; her children, Robert and Kelly Barnes, Rhonda Barnes, Timothy, Patrick, Joseph Meaders, and Sherry Martia; 15 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 18, from 5-8 p.m. at Kern River Family Mortuary. Funeral will be Saturday, Feb. 19, at 10:00 a.m., also at Kern River Family Mortuary, with a Graveside Service on Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Shafter Cemetery, at 11:00 a.m. Kern River Family Mortuary-Oildale
