Ellen King married Sanford Askins on June 12, 1859 in Independence County, Arkansas. They are the parents of John Wilkins Askins, (FAG memorial #23946184) and Henry Askins, (FAG memorial #31732711), who are also buried in the Lone Pine Cemetery. In addition to these two sons, they had Mary Askins, Will Askins, and Emily Ida Askins.
