Thomas Quentin Ivy, 83 of Columbus, Ohio, died Sunday, June 9, 2002 at the Clement J. Zablocki Veteran Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was born September 17, 1918 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, a son of the last Edward and Minnie (James) Ivy. He was a veteran of World War II. He was survived by his wife Opal (Oldham) Ivy, a son Tom Ivy, two daughters, Melody Gissel and Quentina Mendez, sister Martha Thompson and three grandchildren.
