Funeral services for Alois George Pastusek, were held Friday at St. Mary's of Assumption Catholic Church in Megargel with Father Aidan Donion, chaplain at Bethania Hospital in Wichita falls, officiating. He died July 23 in a local hospital.
He was born in Hostyn, but had lived in Megargel most of his life. He was an Army Veteran. He was a farmer and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include one brother, Antone Pastusek of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Lillian Riley and Mrs. John Otto, both of Wichita Fall, and Mary Mitchell of Odessa; and nieces and nephews.
