Mary Catherine Anderson, 55, of 406 E. Walnut St. died at her home at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday.
She was taken to Beck Memorial Home.
McLean County Chief Deputy Coroner Lawrence Cooper said she fell at the bottom of the steps to her residence and was found lying on the ground by a neighbor. An inquiry will be conducted.
