Allen loved watching sports on T.V.,fishing, boating, an avid water skiier and being outdoors. In his early years he was a great baseball player and enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports. Allen enjoyed traveling to Mexico and loved being with his family and friends.
Allen served in the US Marine Corp, then he worked for Foodmaker company for 38 years and Markstein Beverage Company for 2 years as a truck driver.
Allen is survived by his wife of 41 years Sharon Adams of Tracy, CA, his children Jason Adams and his wife Kim of Loomis, and Stacie Larson and her husband Steve of Tracy, his grandchildren McKenzie Larson, Koby Larson and Kaleb Larson all of Tracy and Megan Adams and Austin Adams both of Loomis, his mother Florence Adams of Antioch and his siblings Nancy Davies of Cloverdale and Gary Adams of Antioch.
He is preceded in death by his father the late David Adams.
Chapel service will be held on Thursday December 16, 2010 at 10:00 am at Fry memorial Chapel 550 S. Central Ave, Tracy, Ca 95376. His final resting place will be at Tracy Public Cemetery 600 E. Schulte rd Tracy, Ca 95376.
