Gerbacio was survived by his wife Josefa of the home; 2 daughters: Angelina Archuleta and Daisy Martinez, both of Chimayo; sister Adela Martinez of Chimayo; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Gerbacio was a retired miner.
Funeral services were held 20 Apr 1989 in Templo Calvario Assembly of God in Chimayo. Burial followed in the Assembly of God Cemetery. Pallbearers: Senon Vigil, Raul Martinez, Saul Martinez, George Martinez, Ruben Coriz, and Frank Herrera.
