The Birmingham News, February 21, 2011: Julia Pauline "Polly" Glenn, age 92, of Argo, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 19, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Glenn; daughter, Betty Blair; and sons, Charle E. Glenn, Robert B. Glenn and Thomas E. Glenn. She is survived by 2 sons, 4 daughters, 27 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Polly was a loving mother and grandmother and a lifelong resident of Argo. Her family will receive friends on Monday, February 21, 2011 from 5-7 pm at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Service will be at the chapel on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 11 am with Rev. Norman LeCroy officiating. Burial will be at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
