She was born Jan. 8, 1936, in Edinburg, the daughter of Fred W. and Nellie M. Behl Kunz.
She married Lee Roy Laymon in 1955.
Preceding her in death were her parents and two brothers, Herman W. and Henry F. Kunz.
Mrs. Laymon was a Mary Kay Cosmetics consultant.
Surviving are her husband, Lee Roy; a daughter, Mrs. Michael Bart (Kim) Gregurich of Pawnee; a son, Kirt Leroy of Edinburg; three grandchildren; two brothers, Fred W. Kunz Jr. and Edward J. Kunz, both of Springfield; four sisters, Mary M. Kane of San Diego, Calif., Mrs. Ralph (Clara) Porter of Edinburg, Mrs. Elmer (N. Catherine) Requarth of Springfield and Mrs. Fred (Juanita) Yeaman of Taylorville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Staab Funeral Home, with John Minard officiating.
Burial will be in Edinburg Cemetery.
