COOKEVILLE Funeral services for John Christian, 70, of 3 East Stevens St., Cookeville, will be held at 3 p.m. today in the chapel of Hooper and Huddleston Funeral Home with Brother Glen McDoniel officiating. Burial will be in the Cookeville City Cemetery. Mr. Christian died July 3, 1981.
He was retired from Ragland and Potter Wholesale Company.
He was the son of the late Milton and Delilah Cook Christian.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lillie Poston Christian; two daughters, Mary Agnes Litton of Nashville and Margaret Lancaster of St. Louis, Missouri; five sisters, Mrs. Fannie Patterson of Michigan, Mrs. Bess Windle of Michigan, Mrs. Carrie Ledbetter and Mrs. Inez Anderson of Cookeville; and two brothers, S. D. Christian of Michigan and Dan Christian, US Army.
