Nappanee - Betty Lou Lutes, 80, of US 6 west in Nappanee, died Saturday, Nov 22, 2008 at 4:45 am at Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart following a brief illness.

She is survived by four daughters: Debra (Roger) Briscoe of Nappanee, Patricia Grove of Nappanee, Rose (Orville) Scott, Tomah, Wisc and Sue (John) Reaker, of Elkhart, Ind; a son, Robert Hamilton of Plant City, Fla; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and a brother, Charles E Weaver of Nappanee.

Visitation will be Monday, Nov 24 from 2-8 pm and one hour prior to the funeral service Tuesday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, 950 N Main St. Nappanee. Funeral services will take place Tuesday, Nov 25 at 2 pm at Nappanee Church of the Brethren and burial will follow at Stony Point cemetery, Nappanee.

Memorials may be made to Nappanee Church of the Brethren.
