Funeral services for Mrs. Clyde Hendrick, former resident of Carlsbad, and mother of Mrs. Bob Allen, 607 South Fifth Street, will be conducted at 1:30 Sunday afternoon from the Carpenter Funeral Chapel.
The Rev. Chalon C. Meadows, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be at Carlsbad. Pallbearers will be nephews, Terry Adams, Jerry Adams, Bobby Adams, Floyd Hendrick Jr., Billy Hendrick and Mike Bain.
Mrs. Hendrick, who resided here some four years ago, at 1025 North Francis, died this morning at the Houston, Tex., Memorial Hospital, following an extended illness.
Born May 9, 1901, in Allison, Tex., she moved with her husband to Bronte, Tex., some six years ago, and was residing there at the time of her death.
Survivors include the husband, Clyde Hendrick, Bronte; two sons, James and Glenn Hendrick, Hobbs; three daughters, Mrs. Melvin Pearson, Houston; Mrs. Bob Allen, Carlsbad; Mrs. Dennis Robinette, Houma, La.; four brothers, Jeff and Bill Addison, Lipan, Tex.; Virgil Addison, Mountainair; Edwin Addison, Albuquerque; and three sisters, Mrs. John Steele and Mrs. Dorothy Kees, Albuquerque, and Mrs. Don Pearson, Sacramento, Calif.
