Celia Ann Reavis, 90, of Galax, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 1997, in Twin County Regional Hospital. She was born April 1, 1907 in Carroll County to the late Henry Alderman and Lucinda Jennings Alderman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Reavis. She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Heath Robinson; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Friel and Arlie Alderman, Ray and Hazel Alderma n, all of Galax; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home
