She was born April 27, 1952, in Everett, Pa., a daughter to George S. and Goldie (Miller) Cooper, Sr.
Wilma was a resident of Magic City, she enjoyed scrap booking and watching the Denver Broncos.
Wilma is survived by three brothers, Gary J. Cooper of Cheyenne; George S. Cooper, Sr., and his wife, Tammi of Cheyenne; Michael V. Cooper of Cheyenne; two nephews, Jason and Kelly Cooper of Casper and Jared and Traci Cooper of Cheyenne; two nieces, Mikaela Phillips Cooper of Cheyenne and Savannah Cooper of Cheyenne.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert A. Cooper.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes. Private family graveside services will be held. A Memorial service is being planned by Magic City and will be held at a later date to be announced.
