Frantz, Catherine A. 83, of Holland, died Monday, March 22, 2010. She was born in Muskegon, Oct. 1, 1926 to Frank and Anna (Osterman) Michielsen and married Earl Frantz Aug. 21, 1948. Mrs. Frantz had been a co-owner of Frantz Enterprises with Earl and then went to work at a canning factory. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, bingo and collecting knick-knacks. She will be dearly missed. Survivors include daughters, Sharon Hobby of West Olive, Mary Ann (Dan) Smith of Holland, Dianna Bohunicky of Hart and Joanne (Junior) Gibson of Holland; 14 grandchildren; three step grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Marion, Robert, Larry (Jan) Frantz; sisters-in-law, Doris (Leon) Anderson and Virginia (Fred) Weber; aunts, Margaret Wortelboer and Florence Osterman; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl in 1979; parents; daughter, Teresa Kloet; and sons-in-law, Jerry Hobby, Steve Bohunicky. Interment is at Rothbury Catholic Cemetery.
