Willard Franklin Holden died at 9:40am Jan. 27 at the home of Mrs. Anna Schwartz, 203 E. Fifth Street, after a long illness of Bright's Disease. Mr. Holden was born here Jun 6, 1856 and grew to manhood in this city. He went to Luverne seventeen years ago and made that place his home for fourteen years, when he removed to Preston. He came to Rochester for medical treatment two weeks ago but his ailment was incurable. Sixteen years ago he was united in marriage..three children. Clara Annie, Donald Leroy and Clyde Willard. Mr. Holden is also survived by his widowed mother, Mrs. Nancy Holden; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Myers of Luverne and Miss Grace Holden of this city; and one brother, Clifton Holden.
