Alfred R. Heath married 31 Dec 1863 in Danbury, Fairfield Connecticut Susan E. Morehouse. He was the son of Alfred A. Heath b. NY and wife Mary Amber b. NY. In 1870 Fairfield, CT census Alfred A. Heath's occupation was listed as 'hatter' and Alfred Russell Heath's occupation as machinist. Mother Susan Elizabeth (Morehouse) Heath was buried in Oak Woods Cemetery in Chicago, informant Lilian M. Heath.

Died from apoplexy. Lot owner of burial plot was Betty J. Heath.
Sister to Lilian M. Heath also buried this cemetery.

Daisy Winifred Heath was born in Hartford, Connecticut on May 29, 1875. Her parents were Alfred Russell Heath and Susan Elizabeth Morehouse Heath. When she was still a toddler, the family moved to Danbury CT. When she was eleven the family moved to Brooklyn, New York where their father Alfred R Heath was employed by the New York publishers, Funk and Wagnalls. In 1891 his work took the Heath family to Prohibition Park, Staten Island.
